Another reason we suggest to maximize your guest count at 175 - we can move your ceremony and dinner/dancing under the covered barn. With our expansive property, however, a tent is also an option!
what happens if it rains?
We require that you choose one of the catering and bartending companies provided to you in your vendor packet. The rest of the vendors listed are preferred, reputable businesses we've worked with often. At minimum, a month-of coordinator is required.
are there any vendor requirements?
We provide table and chairs for up to 175 guests. While you could rent additional seating, based on the facility, we do highly suggest keeping your guest count to a maximum of 175 guests.
WHAT IS THE VENUE CAPACITY?
Exclusive venue access time begins at 10am on your wedding day. Friday and Saturday events must conclude by 11pm, allowing one hour for breakdown and clean up. Sundays and weekdays end at 10pm, with an hour to breakdown.
HOW MANY HOURS DO WE HAVE THE VENUE FOR?
With a signed contract and a one-third retainer, you are officially a member of The Oaks at Boerne family! Following your initial payment, you will have two additional installments, half at 6 months before your wedding, the other 30 days before.
